A proposed 830 000m2 mixed use development for Aldar in al-Ain, UAE, Muhamad Naroth our principal architect was on the design team employed by Benoy, a UK top 10 architectural practice who were the executive architects for this 2 billion AED scheme. The project consisted of a large retail shopping mall component, with a lesiure/entertainment centre, residential towers and a hotel/ conference faicility
